About Northwind Labs

Northwind Labs was founded in 2023 by three engineers who spent a decade on call for systems that shipped faster than anyone could reason about.

The team is distributed across Lisbon, Toronto and Bengaluru, and hires engineering and design people who have carried a pager.

How we work

Every engineer joins the on-call rotation in their first month, and every release goes through the same Relay record the customers see.
